after a disabled printer is received. It's fast, simple, reliable service from our
staff of trained technicians, expert at providing superior customer service.
Here's how Depot Service works:
- Choose the coverage level that's right for you.
- When you experience a printer problem, call us toll free
at our Tech Support number.
- After we work with you to diagnose the problem, ship your printer
to us.
- We'll repair it and return it to you within five business days of
the day we receive it.
Any technical assistance necessary to diagnose your printer problem over the phone is
automatically included in your Depot Service package. For even more complete
technical support and service, save time and money by bundling your Depot Service
